Current Configuration Report

The Current Configuration page is available to administrators to allow for centralized reporting on the current ClaimStaker configurations. To view the current settings for all ClaimStaker configurations, go to the Current Configuration page by selecting Utilities, then Configuration Reports, then Current Configuration from the ClaimStaker toolbar.

Viewing the current configuration report

On the Current Configuration page, select the View Report link to open the Current Configuration Report page into a new window.

The current configuration report opens and displays all the current configuration settings for ClaimStaker including: submitter information, geographic regions, professional and institutional edit configurations for both claim type and payer, medical necessity exclusions for both professional and institutional claims, medical necessity inclusions, and any user defined edits.

The second table, Geographic Regions, has two columns. The Facility Zip Column has Default Region. The Description column reads: This submitter is currently set to use the claim's service facility zip code to automatically set the geogrpahic jurisdiction for medical necessity. Please note that geographic regious for listed facility zip codes (non-default region) will override the automatic use of the service facility zip code. Below that, it reads: Total Geographic Regions: 1. The third table is the Professional Claim Edits by Claim Type table. It has nine rows and two columns showing (it is a partical screenshot of the table). Under the Edit Number Column, edits 1000 and 1002 display. Under the BC/BS, Tricare, Commercial, Medicaid, Auto, Workers Comp, Medicare, and Medicare Advantage, each field the the rows for edits 1000 and 1002 say On.
